1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all certificates and documentation.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty.

Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for refund.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
