1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all certificates and documentation.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
